What counts as a content update?

Send it over text, email, or KakaoTalk and it's handled within the plan's monthly allowance; bigger projects like a new section or a redesign get a fixed quote first.
Can you maintain a website you didn't build?
Sometimes, and I'll tell you honestly. Care plans are built around custom-coded sites, where I know every line.
